Our Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The consumer’s statutory rights are not excluded or limited in any way in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and will be posted online.
We, and our suppliers, have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specifications of any goods or products without prior notice in relation to future sales. Our website is kept up to date with current configurations and materials of products.

2. Ordering from Bestronic Refrigeration
Our website is kept up to date with product availability. If the item ordered is in stock, it will be shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 working days.
If a product you are interested in is not in stock, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to update you on when we expect the item to be back in stock.
Our normal lead time for goods not in stock is approximately 6-8 weeks.
Due to the current lack of components on the market, our lead times may vary. When you place your order, we will contact you to ensure you are happy with the longer lead times if applicable.
We will provide weekly updates on the status of your order, along with an up-to-date estimated time of arrival.
2.1. We may refuse to accept an order:
a) Where goods are not available
b) Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment
c) If there has been a pricing or description error
d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
3.1: Where we charge separately for shipping: Each item you see will detail the shipping cost. The price stated for delivery can vary for different items, mostly dependent on size or weight.
For areas such as the Scottish Highlands or the Southern Coast, a surcharge may be added on top of the normal delivery charge. If this is the case, we will contact you regarding this.
3.2. Should an incorrect price be displayed, Bestronic Ltd. reserves the right to refuse orders.
3.3. All prices quoted by the Company are only valid at the time of purchase.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to revise the quoted price in the event of unforeseen and extraordinary expenses for the Company appertaining the goods.
N.B. All prices stated include VAT at the applicable rate. Please note we do not accept orders from outside of the UK. We can provide a VAT invoice should you require this.
Delivery is deemed as successful once the products have arrived at the address provided for delivery. We require a signature for all of our goods.
This signature may be done electronically or on paper, depending on the courier. We can leave goods at the designated address for a customer if they have confirmed to us in writing that we are able to do this. We will not be responsible for any loss that may occur if a customer requests this.
Once delivered, the responsibility for the product is deemed to be the cardholders and any loss or damage to the product is then at your own risk.

The company will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time is not contractual and can vary. Guidelines are given on our website. If there are lengthy lead times outside of these guidelines, we will contact you to advise of this.
If a delivery is refused, or no one is in to take the delivery and we have not received written confirmation that the goods are fine to be left, then a surcharge delivery cost will occur.
The company will not accept liability for non delivery where the circumstances are out of our control. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that sizes of the units are checked and that we will be able to deliver.
We use a variety of couriers. We use large company couriers and we also support local drivers for more local orders. We will contact you to advise what firm will be delivering your goods closer to the time.
5.Customer organized returns
if you have changed your mind and wish to return the goods to us, you can do so. Please see our returns policy on another page. You have a statutory responsibility to take care of the goods you are returning. We reserve the right to bring action against you if you breach this statutory duty.
If the returned goods are damaged in transit, we reserve the right to recoup the costs from you. This will normally be deducted from your refund.
If the goods returned to us are not suitable for re-sale, we reserve the right to recoup the full amount from the purchaser who has returned the goods.
Bestronic Ltd will not be responsible for any damage caused in transit. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service with appropriate insurance.
Bestronic Ltd offer a 12 month warranty on parts and labour with every unit purchased.
If a problem is deemed, by Bestronic Ltd, to be due to wear and tear, wrong maintenance or misuse rather than a manufacturing fault, then charges may be made for rectification. However, if your unit is deemed faulty in anyway, this will be covered by your manufacturers guarantee (ask for details by brand).
Should there be any claim made by the customer in this regard, then their issue should be taken up with the manufacturer directly and not with Bestronic.
N.B. Glass and lights are not covered under our warranty policies for any of our goods.
