What is the difference between Plug-in and Remote units?
Plug-in units come with a built-in compressor, offering ease of installation and mobility within your premises.
Remote units, on the other hand, require an external compressor to be fitted by a professional engineer, ideal for larger spaces or where noise reduction is crucial.
Both options are excellent choices for different types of foodservice settings, tailored to your specific refrigeration needs.
What is the lead time for your products?
We strive to maintain a robust stock, offering weekly dispatches for items we have on hand or with a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks.
Do you deliver and install or offer curb drop-off?
We tailor our delivery and installation services to each customer’s unique requirements, providing both comprehensive delivery and installation or curb drop-off as needed.

Do you cover all of the UK?
We cover every corner of the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland, delivering directly to your doorstep with our reliable pallet couriers.

Where are your units manufactured?
Our units are proudly manufactured in Poland, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and reliability. Each unit is built to meet the highest standards of performance and durability.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we invite you to visit our spacious showroom in Essex, open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Get direction.

What's your warranty?
We offer a 12-month warranty on parts and an initial 3-month warranty on labour, underscoring our commitment to quality and your satisfaction. For more information on our warranties click here.
Do you accept returns?
Customers have up to 7 days post-delivery to initiate a return for unused units in their original packaging. Please note, return logistics are the responsibility of the customer. For detailed information, visit our Delivery and Returns page.

Excellent product and the delivery team went above and beyond the call of duty to get the cabinets into the shop through a narrow doorway.
The units appear to be of high quality and I am particularly impressed with the glass. I also like that I have the option to have the light on without being forced to have the refrigeration on at the same time.

Rapid Response, Exceptional Service
After being told by countless suppliers that the 3metre serve over chiller I needed to replace my old one, would take 2 months to order, I called Bestronic and spoke to Ewa. She understood my needs immediately, was knowledgeable about the products and sent photos straight away.
I ordered on Monday, and 48 hours later, two lovely Polish lads delivered ,set up, and had my new unit in situ, and my old one on their van to dispose of for me. Ewa kept me informed that morning , of the ED time, and as I had paid half when ordering, I paid the rest by card on delivery.
