After being told by countless suppliers that the 3m serve over chiller I needed to replace my old one, would take 2 months to order, I called Bestronic and spoke to Ewa. She understood my needs immediately, was knowledgeable about the products and sent photos straight away. I ordered on Monday, and 48 hours later, two lovely Polish lads delivered, set-up, and had my new unit in situ, and my old one on their van to dispose of for me. Ewa kept me informed that morning, of the estimated delivery time, and as I had paid half when ordering, I paid the rest by card on delivery. There were no hidden extras. My new unit is gorgeous and far better than I expected. I am very happy that I found Bestronic. I wish all companies had this level of service!

This is not the first time I have dealt with this company, and it won't be the last. Very reasonably priced for the quality of goods. I purchased an Ice Cream Freezer two years ago and I've never had a problem with it. My latest purchase is a four door multideck fridge, and yet again, great value.
